Shipping Your Art
I greatly appreciate that art is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely to its new home.
After signing your painting and issuing a Certificate of Authenticity, the artwork is carefully packaged and will be delivered via couriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. Tracking information will be provided.
Shipping costs for large artworks need to be quoted individually – please contact me by email. I will inquire with the different couriers so we can then discuss the best shipping option.
An optional handwritten note is also available if you are giving the piece as a gift.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Absolutely! If you’d like to pick up your painting from my studio here in San Miguel de Allende, please contact me directly to coordinate a time.
Can you ship internationally?
At this time, I am only able to ship to the US and within Mexico.
Shipments to the US (outside Mexico) may be subject to customs and import duty charges, according to international shipping laws. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. Please understand that I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
RETURNS
What if it arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork and offer a Buy-Back agreement for purchases made in Mexico.
If a piece is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned, I will refund your payment, less delivery, within 14 days.
This does not apply to fine art prints or small works on paper, which are not available for refund.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48 hours and keep photographs of the damage.
